Summary/Highlights:

The City needs to get an extension from the Division of Historical Resources for this project.

Background:

The City has been waiting for final approval of the drawings for Phase 2 Coquina Restoration.  The State issued their approval of the construction drawings for the Phase 2 Coquina project on June 2, 2025. 

 

The initial agreement expires June 30, 2025.  From start to finish the project is expected to take 5 months.  As a result, an extension of the project is needed.  This will give the City to December 31, 2025 to complete construction.
